What next!

What next!
This is what everybody is thinking of! Now that we have been attacked AGAIN and it has, been proven, that India is vulnerable to mass terror, what do we do, where do we go from here?
I keep wondering, what can be the motivation that these people have to blow themselves apart for a cause that seems so incorrect. Is this only indoctrination or is it the experiences that they have, drive them so crazy that they take such extreme steps. Could it be a fault of the larger nation that treats a minority in a particular way or is it the fault of political ambitions, which politicizes these issues so much that the fact of the matter is lost? Weeding out these terrorists is one thing (which Infact is also not been dealt with properly )and eliminating the social cause is another, and we are miles rather kilometers away from both these aspects. The nation sees more value in bringing up a raj thackrey or a bajranj dal, which only adds to the problems we face. Radical thoughts would be to blow all these people apart, but practically if we see, it is impossible to guard a densely populated country like us and it is definitely a Herculean task to conduct a security check for a nation like ours. The only way possible is to target the point of source rather than the point of incidence. Unless we realize the root cause, we will keep having these attacks and we will keep failing in our endeavours to protect ourselves. Can we make a concerted effort to understand the root cause or just keep fighting the incidence wherever and whenever it happens!
And that too, the government fails us miserably every time we trust them! Is moral responsibility all that the govt. should take? And honestly, I dont think they have the BALLS to do anything, until we have PM who acts and behaves like one (unlike a mellowed version of a puppet) and people who not just take accountability but act, until they become answerable to the people directly.
I sincerely hope that we the people of India NOT just give it a thought but also bring about a movement, a movement to free ourselves from the clutches of selfish mindless politicians who think that Indian people cant fight back.

well, u knw wat...its not how we treat our minorities thst incidents like these take place...terrorism as we understand can be state terrorism or terrorism becoz of socio eco conditons...here, terrorists niether have a religion or a motive for the greater good...its majorley an act to harness their selfish needs...
i agree, that its high time we shld wake up from the slumber and take responsibility of actions and seek explainations.perhaps our representative democracy can be altered to a direct democracy...am not saying tht its the best way...with the kind of population we have...but am sure, the key features of a direct democracy can be inserted, and followed...

well i think its the way minorities are treated using 'religion' as the main agenda which has caused so many terrorism incidents in the country...yess there has to be a motive and reasoning for these kinds of barbaric acts but gettin to know the reason would take a long time..well, i agree tht its high time we wake up and seek explanations for these acts to avoid losing other innocent lives...

Even you have a blog now?
discussing about regional politics and terrorism??
I thought it would be something on tequila sunrises and bloody (pref. virgin) marys. But alas, the IT bug is spreading fast.

PS Constructive critism - can you please do something about the background color schema- it hurts the eyes
